Miniature Tarts with FillingCuisine: Desserts Category: Pies, pastry Servings: 10 Ingredients:1 cup flour1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbs sugar 1/4 lb margarine 1 egg yolk 2 tbs ice water 1 parve whip defrosted 1 tbs Instant Vanilla Puding (Parve) 1 tbs Kahlua 1/4 cup Parve Choc Spread Instructions:In processor mix flour, salt,sugar. Add margarine cut into pieces. Process on & off till mixture resembles coarse meal. Add egg yolk & water thru funnel & process till dough forms a ball. Chill for at least 20 min. Dough can be frozen. Pull pieces of dough & press into mini tarts. Chill again. Pierce and bake at 425 in a preheated oven for 12 min. Cool Whip parve whip cream with vanilla pudding & kahlua. Divide in half. In bowl with the choc spread, add a little of whip cream at a time. Fill mini tarts with 1 tsp choc filling and top with white whipped cream. Can be frozen.
