Pesach Peach Kugel

Ingredients:

5 cups matzoh ferfel
boiling water
29 oz can sliced peaches
5 large eggs
3/4 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs vanillin sugar
1/4 cup parve whip(optional)
sugar & cinnamon


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Place ferfel in colander & pour boiling water over ferfel: Drain and set aside. Drain Peaches reserving liquid. Beat eggs in large bowl until well blended. Beat in margarine, sugar, vanilla & vaniliin sugar & 1/2 cup drained peach syrup. Add parve whip. Cut in 3/4 of the sliced peaches. Mix well together. Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan. Arrange remaing peach sliced on top and press down. slightly into batter to prevent burning. Sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon. Bake for 1 hr. Serves 12
