Caesar SaladCuisine: Pesach Category: Salads Plus Servings: 8 Ingredients:4 cloves garlic3/4 cup mayo 1 tbs fresh lemon juice 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp anchovy paste (optional) 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce salt & pepper to taste 2 tbs water croutons Parmesan cheese (optional) Instructions:Process peeled garlic cloves, add all other ingredients & blend. Add water 1 tbs at a time to thin a little if desired. For Dairy: Add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to the dressing. Wash head of Romaine and shred or cut horizontally. Toss with dressing and add more cheese if desired. Add croutons & serve. 2 heads will serve 8. Tip: Put dressing in bottom of salad bowl before you add greens.
