Apple Pie Pesach

Ingredients:

Crust:
2 cups matzo meal
6 tbs sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup margarine cut in chunks
Filling:
5-6 apples peeled and cored
1/4 cup sugar or Brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon to taste


Instructions:

Process all crust ingredients until well blended. Reserve 1 1/4 cups crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumbs into 9" greased pie plate. Slice apples and combine with sugar & cinnamon. Fill crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs. Bake 400 (375 for glass) 40 to 45. May be frozen Not tried
