Spinach & GarlicCuisine: Parve Category: Vegetable Servings: Ingredients:2 Large garlic cloves2 tsp olive oil 30 oz regular spinach or baby spinach 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp lemon zest 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil Instructions:Pell & slice garlic lenghthwise into slivers. In pan heat olive oil and garlic til golden on med high heat till golden(2-3 min). Wash & spin Spinach leaves add by the handful. As it wilts add more. Then add salt, lemon zest saute for 3 min. Remove from heat and drain in a colander. Squeeze out moisture and return to pan. Add 2 tsp lemon juice & 1 tsp olive & toss and serve.
