Peas & Celery

Ingredients:

10 oz frozen peas, defrosted
1 1/2 tbs chopped onions
2 diced celery stalks
1 or 2 tbs mayo
chopped red pepper
1/2 cup peanuts optional


Instructions:

Combine peas, onions,celery, red pepper, mayo. Saute in skillet for 3-4 min until peas are cooked. Serve immidiately. Serves 4
