Chicken BBQ Marinade

Ingredients:

1/4 C. peanut butter
1 3/4 C. ketchup
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes light soy sauce
2 teaspoons dried cilantro
Pinch of dried thyme
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Crushed red pepper, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans


Instructions:

Slightly warm peanut butter in microwave for easy incorporation. Be careful not to burn or scald. In medium mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix well. Slowly incorporate peanut butter and mix until well blended. Sauce will be slightly thicker than traditional BBQ sauce. Refrigerate leftover sauce in tightly sealed container. Not tried
