Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:

3 cups pasta (elbows
kosher salt (for boiling pasta)
1 cup frozen peas
2 cans. tuna in water
1 med chopped onions
2 tbs olive oil, or butter
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 lb mild cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste



Instructions:

Preheat oven 350 Prepare pasta in salted water. Saute chopped onion with oil. Mix pasta and next 6 ingredients. Mix mushroom soup and milk and pour on top. . Use 9x13-inch dish or 2 smaller pans sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 35-45 min, Can be frozen before baking. Remove from freezer, do not thaw. Drizzle 1/2 cup mil over the top and bake uncovered for 45-50 min serves 8
