Ingredients:

4 chicken cutlets cut horizontally
2 eggs
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp zahatar
1/4 tsp pepper
breadcrumbs
oil for frying
raw carrot


Instructions:

Cut cutlets across horizontally to make 8 pcs. in Bowl beat eggs lightly, add spices. In another plate pour some of the breadcrumbs. Heat oil, add peel 1/2 carrot and add to oil. Dip all cutlets into eggs. Take one piece at a time and cover with crumbs. Fry in hot oil. when done. Place on paper towel. Serve with tomato sauce and spaghetti. Serves 4.
