Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 egg yolks
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla


Instructions:

1. First, you need to melt the chocolate over hot water. Make sure that you don't boil them! 2. In a bowl, add in the egg yolks and beat them until light. 3. Gradually add in the sugar and continue beating well. 4. Add in the milk, butter and salt then transfer everything to a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute. 5. Remove from heat and then add in the vanilla, almond extract and shortening. 6. Beat the mixture until very glossy and filling is heavy enough to spread. Not tried
