Flounder Fillet with Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tsp chicken (Parve) bullion
1 cup hot water
1 tb oil
1 tb butter
1 tb lemon juice (1/2 Lemon)
1-3 tbs flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
dash of thyme


Instructions:

Heat oil & butter in saucepan. when melted add 1 tbs flour and stir until well blended. Keep adding till all flour is blended. Dissolve bullion in hot water and slowly stir into saucepan. Keep stirring under med heat until it thickens. Sir in spices. Add lemon juice. When it is thickened and well blended. Brush some on flounder or sole and bake at 450 for 15-20 min. When ready to serve pour the rest of the sauce on top and serve.
