Buffalo Wings + Garlic

Ingredients:

4 lbs. wings, trimmed and separated
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup water
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs Dijon Mustard
2 tbs margarine
2 tsp salt
3 tbs steak sauce
1 tsp hot sauce or 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
6 garlic cloves, miced


Instructions:

Heat oven to 400°F. Place chicken wings in a single layer in a large metal baking dish or roasting pan. Bake chicken while making sauce. To make sauce, place remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Pour half of the sauce over wings, and bake 20 minutes. Pour rest of sauce over, and bake another 20 minutes. Not tried
