Pecan Crusted Fillet

Ingredients:

4 fish fillet (tilapia,sole,flounder)6-8 oz ea.
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tbs honey mustard
2 tb water


Instructions:

Heat oven to 450. Line pan with non stick foil. Process pecans til finely chopped. Spread on wax paper. Mix mustard with water and brush on fish fillet, Press fillet into chopped pecans and place on baking pan. Bake 10-15 min until pecans are lightly toasted and fish is cooked thru. Serves 4 Not tried
