Chicken Cutlets with FFried Onions

Ingredients:

2 cups French's fried onions
2 tbs flour
4 chicken cutlets
1 egg beaten or honey mustard


Instructions:

Heat oven to 400. Line baking pan with non stick foil. Crush onions & flour in plastic bag. Dip chicken in beaten egg. then coat with onion crumbs. Bake in baking pan for 20-40 min or until cooked thru. Variation: Substitute honey mustard and brush it on instead of beaten egg. Not tried
