Chocolate Cream:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbs cocoa
3 tbs oil
3 tbs boiling water


Instructions:

Combine sugar & cocoa & oil. Add boiling water one tbs at a time. Spread on cake. Cool and cut into serving pieces.
