Cauliflower head into flowerets
olive oil
salt
nutmeg


Instructions:

Break into flowerets and wash. Boil salted water drop flowerets and shut off. Let sit for 3-5 min.Drain & saute it in olive oil, salt, and nutmeg Alternative: Oven at 450. Toss with olive oil, salt, nutmeg & roast til done. 20 min
