Salmon Pan Asian

Ingredients:

1 lb salmon
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons oil oil
1 tablespoon ginger root, grated
1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
1 t lemon juice
A pinch sugar
2 minced garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon black pepper



Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients then marinate the salmon in the sauce for about 30 minutes. Bake at 450F for 15 min or until salmon is done Then add the marinade to a pot bring to a boil, cook 6-8 more minutes until it is reduced by half. Serve the salmon with some rice drizzled with the marinade and asparagus spears on the side. Serves 2 not tried
