Pargiot Grilled Thighs

Ingredients:

10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 cloves garlic
1/2 orange, zest and juice
1 tb dried Italian herb mix (oregano, basil, rosemary, marjoram, thyme)
1 tb sweet paprika
1 tb black pepper
2 tb fennel seed
1 tb olive oil


Instructions:

With pestle and mortar grind orange zest & fennel. Add garlic and then paprika and pepper & lastly italian herb mix. Grind thoroughly. Squeeze 1/2 orange juice over thighs. Spread olive oil and add spice mix and make sure the chicken is covered with the spice mix. Marinade for 2 hrs or overnight. Spray grill. Grill for 6 or 7 min on each side. and serve. serves 6 Not tried.
