Pargiot Grilled ThighsCuisine: Parve Category: Poultry Servings: 6 Ingredients:10 boneless skinless chicken thighs4 cloves garlic 1/2 orange, zest and juice 1 tb dried Italian herb mix (oregano, basil, rosemary, marjoram, thyme) 1 tb sweet paprika 1 tb black pepper 2 tb fennel seed 1 tb olive oil Instructions:With pestle and mortar grind orange zest & fennel. Add garlic and then paprika and pepper & lastly italian herb mix. Grind thoroughly. Squeeze 1/2 orange juice over thighs. Spread olive oil and add spice mix and make sure the chicken is covered with the spice mix. Marinade for 2 hrs or overnight. Spray grill.
