Ingredients:

4 large eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbs vinegar
boiling water


Instructions:

Fill large fry pan with water 3/4 full add salt, vinegar and.set to boil. Crack 2 eggs into 2 cups. When water is boiling. remove from fire and add eggs simultaniosly. Cover and let sit for 5 min. Remove with slotted spoon.
