Mango Strawberry Soup

Ingredients:

4 mangoes, peeled, pitted
1 cup fresh strawberries, washed
2 cups non dairy milk (coconut, almond, etc)
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp vanilla
honey to taste or adjust with splenda
mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

In processor, blend mangos, berries. Add milk, wine and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness. Chill 2 hrs before serving. Garnish with mint leaves optional. Serves 4
