Veal RoastCuisine: Pesach Category: Beef Servings: 8 Ingredients:3 kbs veak roast1 cup dried apples 1 cup dried appricots 1 cup dried prunes 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup dry wine 1 plastic roasting bag 1 1/4 cup water. Instructions:Preheat oven to 350. Rub garlic pepper & paprika on roast. Dust bag with 1 tbs of flour. Add all other ingredients to bag. and tie closed. Make 5 one half inch slits for air pockets. Place in Roasting pan & roast for 1 1/2 hrs or til veal is done. When slightlty cool, slice & cover with the fruit & grravy.
