Broccoli Cauliflower CasseroleCuisine: Parve Category: Vegetable Servings: 6 Ingredients:1 large broccoli1 large cauliflower 3 tbs of margarine 1 tb veg oil 2 cups course fresh breadcrumbs 2 tbs drained white horseradish salt & pepper Instructions:Blanch broccoli & cauliflower florets in boiling water to cover for 3 to 4 min. Plunge in ice water to stopping cooking process. Drain & set aside. Heat 2 tbs margarine & oil in large skillet over med heat. Add breadcrumbs & saute, stirring constantly until golden brown. Stir in horseradish & salt & pepper to taste. Stir until crisp & set aside. Preheat oven to 350. Heat remaining tb margarine over med-high heat. Toss with vegetables & season with salt & pepper. Place veg in lightly greased 13x9 baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs, tossing to combine. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 min or until thouroughly heated.
