Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

9 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
5 anchovy fillets chopped
3 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt optional

12 oz cooked sphagetti
ground pepper to taste
2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
2 tbs minced parsley


Instructions:

Process first 5 ingredients coarsley. Heat in saucepan until bubbly. Pour over hot sphagetti and add the rest of the ingredients. Serve 4. Not tried yet
