Apple Crumb Cake Large

Ingredients:

Crumb Topping:
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 stks margarine
pinch salt
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Filling:
10 apples, peeled sliced
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Cake:
1/2 lb melted margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup mocha
3 cups flour
6 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs beaten


Instructions:

Mix crumb ingredients with 2 wooden spoons. Knead til crumbly. Set aside. Mix filling ingredients together. Let stand 10 min. Preheat oven 350. Line a 12x18 cookie sheets. Blend all cake ingredients. Pour batter into cookie sheet and spread evenly. spread filling ingredients on top of batter. Break crumb balls over filling. Bake for 30 min or till apples are bubbly. Sprinkle with confectionery sugar when cool (optional). Not tried
