Spinach Baby & Garlic

Ingredients:

3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
1 pkg. baby or regular spinach which has has been washed and shaken dry
1 Tbs. minced garlic
1 tall saucepan


Instructions:

Fry garlic in olive oil. Add spinach and salt lightly. With a wooden spoon, stir garlic so that all the leaves are covered. Do not add any water as spinach will wilter just right with the oil. When spinach has wilted, turn off heat and enjoy. NOT TRIED
