Salmon Baked with Walnuts

Ingredients:

1/4 C. Dijon mustard
1/4 C. honey
2 Tbs. olive oil or butter melted
1/4 C. bread crumbs
1/4 C. walnuts, chopped fine
4, (4-oz.) salmon fillets


Instructions:

Set oven to 400. In a small bowl, add mustard, honey and olive oil and mix. In another small bowl, add bread crumbs and chopped walnuts. Place the salmon in a baking dish and sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper. Heavily brush the salmon with the honey-mustard mixture and then pat the bread crumb mixture on the salmon. Pour any excess honey-mustard mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to help add liquid during the baking process. Bake the fillets for 10 minutes per in. of thickness or until the fish flakes easily. Not tried
