Fish Salad with Pasta

Ingredients:

1/2 lb small pasta cooked
1 cup frozen tiny peas defrosted
1 diced red pepper
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup olive oil
3-4 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup puree
1 lb cooked white fish(cod, haddock, flounder)


Instructions:

Cook pasta according to directions. drain set aside in bowl. Add flaked fish, defrosted peas, diced red pepper, red onions, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste. Make a puree by mashing basil leaves with oil. Mix gently together and serve on any greens.
