Chicken RagoutCuisine: Meat Category: Poultry Servings: 4 Ingredients:1 cup raw brown rice1 lb chicken tenders (white Meat) 4 cloves garlic 1 cup green beans 1 cup sliced zucchini 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 1/2 tsp fresh basil (1/2 tsp dried) 3/4 tsp fresh thyme (1/4 tsp dried) 2 tomatoes sliced into 8 wedges Instructions:Prepare rice according to directions. Apply coating spray to non stick skillet. Add chicken and saute 2-3 min each side until done. Remove from skillet and set aside. In same pan saute veg with 1 tb oil add mushrooms and spices last and cook for 2 more min. Add tomatoes and just heat thru. Serve with rice, chicken and pour over the ragout. serves 4.
