Potatoes ScallopedCuisine: Parve Category: Side Dish Servings: 12 Ingredients:6 tbs margarine1/2 cup flour 2 large onions chopped 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 tsp salt 4 chicken bullion parve 28 oz hot water 7 large baking potatoes, sliced Instructions:Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x12 baking seving pan In large pan melt margarine over med heat. Add flour stiiring constantly til dissolved . Add chopped onions, mayo, salt & chicken bullion stock. Stir until smooth & sauce thickens. Ladle a layer sauce on the bottom of pan, spread sliced potatoes, which where thinly sliced, & overlap them. Top with a layer of sauce & repeat ending with sauce of top. Sprinkle with pepper & paprika & bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours. If need be raise oven temp to 375 to brown for about 10 min.
