Chocolate Palmiers

Ingredients:

1 pks frozen puff pastry (2 sheets)
12 tbs Israeli Choc spread
6 tsp vanillin sugar


Instructions:

Lightly greasea large cookie sheet or use parchment. Defrost puff pastry for about 1/2 hr. Preheat oven to 350. Roll each sheet out to 9x15. Spread choc spread all over and start rolling tightly on the long side toward center. Then proceed from other side to meed in the middle. Using a sharp knife cut 1 inch slices & lay them flat on the cookie sheet. Leave room for them to spread. Bake 15-18 min until golden. Makes 30 cookies.
