Yerushalmi KugelCuisine: Parve Category: Side Dish Servings: 12 Ingredients:4 1/2 cups water1/2 cup margarine 1 cup sugar or 1/2 sugar & 1/2 Splenda 1 heaping tsp black pepper 2 tsp salt 12 oz raw fine noodles 2 eggs 4 tbs dark brown sugar 3 tbs oil Instructions:Bring water, margarine, sugar, pepper & salt to boil in pot. Turn off heat & add noodles & stir. Cover pot and let sit for 12-15 min. In small bowl, mix eggs, brown sugar and oil. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bunt pan heavily. Add egg mixture to noodles and mix. Recover pot and let stand for 10-15 min. Pour into prepared bundt pand an bake for 1 1/4 to 1/ 1/2 hrs.
