Buffalo Wings (Fried)

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
20 chicken wings
1/2 up margarine
1/2 cup Dougies Buffalo sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
oil for frying


Instructions:

Combine flour,pepper,paprika. Coat chicken in flour mixture & refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Heat margarine,sauce & garlic powder until it is melted and well blended. Keep warm. Coat wings again with remaining flour mixture. Deep fry wings until brown. drain. Toss into warm sauce and remove immediately with slotted spoon. For Hot Sauce: Use 1/4 margarine and 3/4 cup hot sauce For Mild Sauce: Use 3/4 margarine and 1/4 cup hot sauce
