Black Bean PureeCuisine: Dairy Category: Appetizer Servings: 8 Ingredients:1 tbs olive oil1 large onion, sliced 3 chopped garlic cloves 2 15 oz black beans, drained,rinsed 1 tbs chili powder 1 tbs cumin 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh marjoram leaves 2 cups plain yogurt Instructions:In non stick skillet heat oil & add onions & garlic, saute for 3 to 5 min or until softened. Transfer to processor with drained beans and all other ingredients except marjoram & yogurt. Process until smooth, add a little water if necessary. Fold in chopped marjoram & yogurt.
