Blueberry Pecan Crumble

Ingredients:

Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 stick margarine (stick) or butter
Berry Mixture:
2 pints of blueberries
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbs flour
3 tbs sugar
vanilla ice cream (parve)


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, put all topping ingredients. Rub with your hands until mixture sticks together in small, coarse clumps. Set aside. Pour blueberries into 9x13 baking pan. Squeeze lemon juice over berries. Sprinkle on flour & sugar and toss till berries are coated. Spread topping over berries in an even layer. Bake until topping is golden brown and berry juice bubbles up thru it (45-50 min) Serve hot with Vanilla ice cream.
