Ingredients:

1 small orange, zested and juiced
1 small lemon, zested and juiced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbs fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup virgin oil
scallions chopped


Instructions:

Whisk citrus with chopped garlic, mustard, tarragon & salt. Stream in oil and whisk to combine. Use on Romaine Lettuce
