Streusel Cake

Ingredients:

Streusel Filling:
2 tbs dry cake mix
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecan
cake:
Duncan Hines Butter cake mix (Parve)or Lemon Supreme cake mix
4 large eggs
1 cup parve sour cream
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar





Instructions:

Combine Streusel filling ingredients and process slightily to chop pecans and blend it together. Set aside. Heat oven to 375. Grease & flour a 10" bundt pan. Combine the cake ingredients in mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for two min or until well blended. Pour 2/3 batter into bundt pan. Sprinkle streusel filling. spoon in remaining batter evenly over filling. Bake for 45 to 55 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 min. Invert and cool completely. For Glazing (optional) Combine 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 or 2 tbs water in small bowl. Stir until smooth and drizzle over cake. Serves 12 or more.
