Corned Beef Glaze (Rita)

Ingredients:

3lb corned beef
2 tb oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tb mustard
5 tbs ketchup
3 tb vinegar
Alternative Glaze:
4 tbs dijon mustard
4 tbs brown sugar
1 cup orange marmalade
12 cloves


Instructions:

Boil corned beef til soft. Save some of water to dilute glaze when reheating. Mix glaze ingredients & simmer to blend. Heat oven to 350. Spread glaze on corned beef & bake for 1/2 hr. Slice Alternative Glaze: Mic all ingredients except cloves. Spread of corned beef and stud with cloves. Can be frozen.
