Spaghetti, Caraway & VeggiesCuisine: Parve Category: Entre Servings: 8 Ingredients:1 lb thin spaghetti3 tbs olive oil 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage 1 small thinly sliced red onion 1 small zuchini, halved & sliced 1 large shredded carrot 2 minced cloves garlic 1/2 tsp caraway seeds 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper 3 tbs vinegar Instructions:Cook spaghetti. Drain. In large saucepot, heat oil. Add cabbage, onion. Stir fry for 1 min. Add zuchini,carrots garlic & caraway & red pepper. Stir fry until tender. Stir in vinegar. Add hot spaghetti, toss to mix.
