Choc Chunk Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

Topping:
10 oz semi-sweet choc chopped (@ 2 cups)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup sugar
Cake:
3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups parve sour cream (12 oz)
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Optional:
1/2 tsp parve butter flavor
1 tsp lemon extract





Instructions:

Preheat to 350. Grease 10" tube pan. Combine topping and set aside. Cream margarine and sugar until light & fluffy. Beat in eggs, sour cream, vanilla untill well mixed. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. On low speed add flour mixture to batter, beating until smooth.. Spoon about 1/2 the batter into pan. Sprinkle about 1/2 of the topping. Repeat 1 more time, end with topping. Bake 55 to 60 min until done or til toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 20 min before removing from pan.
