Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup white wine
1 tbs shallots
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1 cup parve cream
1/4 cup honey


Instructions:

Reduce wine & shallots by half in a saucepan over high heat. Add cream, stock & mustard. Let simmer for 10 min. Add honey, simmer for another 10 min. Use oven chicken cutlets
