Red Cabbage Sweet

Ingredients:

1 small red cabbage, about 2 cups when shredded
1 firm apple
1 lemon
1/2 cup Splenda






Instructions:

1. Slice cabbage. Dice apple. 2. Place cabbage and apple in a Dutch oven. Squeeze entire lemon over them, straining out the pits. 3. Add Splenda and stir ingredients. 4. Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, about 30-45 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 4-6 servings NOT TRIED
