Chocolate Choc Chip Cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp. instant coffee microwaved in 3/4 cup water for one minute
1 egg
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup applesauce



Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended. 3. Spray a bundt pan with oil. Pour batter into pan. 4. Bake about 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Yield: 16 servings (for people maintaining their weight). NOT TRIED
