Choc Fudge Frosting

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp instant coffe granules
1 1/2 tbs hot water
8 tbs unsweetened cocoa
1 stk (1/2 cup) margarine at room temp. for 15 min or so
5 tbs soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tb liqueur


Instructions:

Dissolve coffee in hot water and set aside. In large mixing bowl. Combine cocoa, margarine, soy milk, vanilla, and dissolved coffee. At medium speed gradually add confectioner's sugar and mix until smooth and creamy. Frosts a 9x13 cake.
