Cauliflower PureedCuisine: Parve Category: Vegetable Servings: 6 Ingredients:2 1/2 lbs fresh cauliflowerts, or 2 heads chopped5 garlic cloves slice 1 2/3 cup chicken broth 2 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 1/2 cup soy milk or coffee rich 5 tsp margarine Fresh ground pepper Instructions:In large pot, place chopped cauliflower, garlic, broth, & salt. Bring to boil & cover. Simmer for 10 min until cauliflower is soft. Transfer to processor or use stick blender & add margarine, soy milk. Process until smooth. If too thin, add 2 tbs of instant potato flakes. Season with pepper.
