TzimmesCuisine: Parve Category: Side Dish Servings: 8 Ingredients:6 sliced sweet potatoes1 1/2 lb sliced carrots 1 cup dried cherriesor craisins 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup honey 1 1/2 tbs lemon juice 1 1/2 tbs orange juice or 8 oz can of pineapple chunks 2 tsp cinnamon margarine Add 6 or 8 pitted prunes (optional) Instructions:Boil peeled sliced sweet potatoes & carrots with a little salt 1/4 cup sugar til carrots are soft. Combine all the other ingredients with the carrot mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish.
