Veal PiccataCuisine: Meat Category: Beef Servings: 2 Ingredients:3/4 lb boneless veal1 tbs flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 3 tbs margarine 1/2 cup dry wine 1 tsp grated lemon rind lemon slices Instructions:Place veal between two pieces of wax paper and pound thin to 1/4". cut into strips. Mix flour, salt & pepper. Dust meat with flour mixture. Shake off excess. Melt 2 tbs margarine on med high heat. Add veal & brown quickly turning to all sides. ( about 4 min). Remove and keep warm. To pan add wine & bring to boil, scrapping up browned bits. Stir in lemon peel & remaining margarine. Heat until melted. Spoon sauce over veal, garnish with lemon slices and serve.
