Broccoli Cauliflower Souffle

Ingredients:

10 oz frozen broccoli
10 oz frozen cauliflower
2 tbs margarine
2 tbs flour
3/4 cup mocha or coffee rich
3/4 cup mayo
2 tbs onion soup mix
3 well beaten eggs


Instructions:

Preheat oven 375. In double boiler, melt margarine & onion soup mix. Add flour blend well. Slowly add parve milk & stir until thickened. Cool. Blend mayo & eggs & mix well &stir into thickened margarine mix. In square pan layer veg, then sauce. Repeat and top wth sauce. Bake for 35 min or til done. Serves 8 Variation: Sprinkle some crumbs on top before baking
