Chocolate Covered Apricot Cake

Ingredients:

3 stks margarine 1 1/2 cups)
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 cups flour
6 eggs
1 tbs vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups grated walnuts
1 tbs cocoa
1 Jar apricot Jam
Chocolate Cream:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbs cocoa
3 tbs oil
3 tbs boiling water


Instructions:

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients for dough together except cocoa, apricot jam. divide dough into 2 parts. Take one dough and add cocoa into mixture. spray cookie sheet, line with wax paper. roll one dough out to fit cookie sheet and place in cookie sheet. Spread with apricot jam. Roll second dough and place on top of first. Bake for 40 min. or until done. Cool. Frost with choc cream Chocolate Cream Frosting: Combine sugar & cocoa & oil. Add boiling water one tbs at a time. Spread on cake. Cool and cut into serving pieces. Not Tried
