Ingredients:

1 pound (400 gram) package of pre-cut carrots Julienne sliced
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. craisins


Instructions:

1. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and raisins in a small bowl to make the dressing. 2. Toss the above dressing with the pre-cut vegetables. Add 1-2 tbs orange juice and some rind
