Butter Spreads

Ingredients:

Garlic Butter:
1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 cup)_
1-2 cloves garlic pureed
3 sprigs parsley
salt to taste
can be whipped with 1-2 tbs water

Dill Butter:
2 tbs fresh dill
salt to taste
1 stick butter or margarine
1-2 garlic cloves (optional)


Instructions:

Let butter come to room temperature. Use garlic press & puree garlic & finely chop parsley leaves. Blend softened butter, chopped parsley add some water or a drop of milk if necessary and blend until smooth. Shape into 1" balls or use mold and freeze til needed. Same process for dill butter.
